Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

2. The service

ACCOUNTITFAST is accounting software that helps you record invoices, clients, expenses, transactions, payroll, tax summaries, budgets, projects, assets and reports. It is a tool — it does not replace a qualified accountant, tax advisor or auditor.

Figures such as VAT summaries, PAYE calculations and depreciation schedules are computed from the data you enter, using standard rates. You are solely responsible for verifying rates with the relevant authorities and for the accuracy of filings you make based on the Service.

3. Your account

• Keep your credentials confidential — you are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
• Change default passwords immediately, and use a strong, unique password.
• One person per account; do not share your login with others.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully; upload malicious or illegal content; attempt to access other users' data; probe, scan or attack the Service; resell the Service without permission; or interfere with its operation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Your data

• You retain ownership of the data you enter.
• You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of that data, and for having the right to process it (including personal data about your clients and staff).
• We process your data to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Keep your own backups — a full data download is available in Admin → System, but you remain responsible for your records.

6. Fees & billing

• The Service includes a free plan and paid plans, as displayed on the website and in the application.
• Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle you select. Prices may change with notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
• You may cancel any time — your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are issued only where required by applicable law. All taxes, duties and statutory filings arising from your use are your responsibility.

7. Intellectual property

The Service — its software, design, brand and content — belongs to ACCOUNTITFAST and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service under these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell the software.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that calculated figures are correct for your specific jurisdiction — always confirm with a professional.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACCOUNTITFAST is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; admins can delete account data as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that logically survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability) continue to apply.
