Enter your account email and we'll send you a one-time reset link — it stays valid for 60 minutes. (For your safety, we never reveal whether an email is registered; the link goes only to the address you enter.)
Reset emails will not arrive until the admin sets MAIL_FROM / SMTP in config.php. Locked out meanwhile? Ask your admin — Admin Centre → Users → Send reset link hands them a one-time link for you. We tell you this instead of pretending an email went out.
